Phase 1: Understanding yourself and others better.
We propose to start the learning and development with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the world’ leading personality type indicator. The indicator is completed online and followed up with a 4 hour group session to verify type and understand each other’s differences. This session should be conducted before the Executive Retreat.
Phase 2. Executive Retreat
During the retreat, we propose that the team experience local culture in some famous cities in China, such as Dunhaung,Yangshuo,Qingchengshan,etc. by staying at an eco-hotel. Such a place provides calm and quiet and sometimes lacks internet connection and mobile phone reception. This will help the team spend quality time with each other.

Mr. Colin:
Mr. Colin comes from Manchester, in the north of England. He graduated from the prestigious London School of Economics, during which time he graduated with his Masters Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, after completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education. Colin has extensive experience working in London and Europe for a number of multinational companies such as Unilever, Ernst & Young, the Daily Mirror and Adidas, as Head of Human Resources. His training at Unilever made him particularly interested in training and encouraging innovation and creativity,his last case was for Shanghai branch of Deutsche Bank about 150 participants.
